Your account

You're responsible for your account and for keeping your login details secure. Give us accurate information when you sign up, and keep it current.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use FormNest to:

• —break the law, or collect data you have no right to collect;
• —send spam, phishing, or anything deceptive or abusive;
• —host content that infringes someone else's rights;
• —probe, attack, or try to disrupt the service or its security.

Your content

The forms you build and the responses they collect are yours. You grant us only the limited permission we need to host and process that content in order to provide the service to you — nothing more.

Plans, billing, and cancellation

Paid plans are billed in advance for the period you choose, monthly or annual. Current plans and prices are on our pricing page.

You can cancel at any time. Your access continues to the end of the period you have already paid for, and nothing is charged after that date. Monthly and annual plans work the same way.

We do not give refunds or account credits for time already paid for, on any plan and on either billing period.

Add-ons — extra submissions, extra storage, and data connections — are billed monthly. They have no annual billing period, so the annual discount does not apply to them.

Enterprise subscriptions are governed by the applicable order form.

Changes to the service

FormNest is under active development. We add, change, and occasionally remove features. We aim to keep the service reliable, but we don't guarantee it will always be available or free of errors.

Disclaimers and liability

The service is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent the law allows. To that same extent, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

Termination

You can stop using FormNest and close your account whenever you like. We may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms. On termination, you can export your data, after which it may be deleted.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the product and the law evolve. We'll update the date at the top and flag material changes.
