Is the Free plan really free forever?

Yes. One seat, three forms, 100 submissions a month, 250 MB of storage — no card, no trial clock, no expiry. It is a real plan, not a countdown.

How does annual billing work?

Annual takes 30% off the monthly list rate and bills once a year. Solo drops from $15 to $10.50 a month, Team from $35 to $24.50, Business from $79 to $55.30 — all billed twelve months at a time.

What is the 10% first-three-months discount?

On a monthly plan your first three invoices are 10% off, so a new paid plan eases in before settling at the list rate. Annual plans already carry the deeper 30% discount instead.

Question 4

What counts as a submission?

Accepted Answer

One completed response to one of your forms. Partial or abandoned entries do not count, and the monthly count resets on your billing date — it is not a running total.

What happens if I go over my monthly submissions?

Nothing breaks and nothing is deleted. New submissions past your limit are held and flagged, and we prompt you to move up a plan — we never silently drop a response you were relying on.

How do extra seats work on Team and Business?

Team includes 3 seats and adds more at $10 each per month; Business includes 8 and adds more at $8 each. The seat calculator on this page prices any headcount and points you to the plan that costs least.

When should I choose Business over Team?

At eight people or more. Team would bill $85 for eight seats (3 included plus five at $10), while Business seats eight for $79 and raises every limit — so Business is both cheaper and roomier from that point on.

How do I actually pay?

Paid plans are invoiced, not self-serve checkout. We accept bank transfer, Wise, PayPal and Skydo, and activate your plan within one business day of payment. It is a deliberate choice, explained in full lower on this page.

Can I change or cancel my plan later?

Any time. Upgrades apply immediately and are prorated on your next invoice; downgrades take effect at the end of the current period. Your forms and submissions stay put through either.
